The technician, Mike, was just straight-up great. He knew what he was doing, no nonsense. It was a Whirlpool model, and he quickly figured out the problem with the heating element.. or something? I'm not technical at all, but he explained it in a way that kinda made sense even to me! Finding someone reliable for dryer repair around Santa Monica isn’t always easy, but OceanView did the job. I liked their approach, friendly but professional, you know? Makes you feel like you’re in capable hands. Also, no hidden costs, everything was clear from the start. The dryer’s running perfectly now. Would totally use them again for other appliances, too. Also worth mentioning, he was pretty neat and cleaned up everything before he left, which is always a plus.
